Purée, milk, matcha
Our matcha: ceremonial grade from Japan, freshly whisked.
Our purées: at least 90% fruit, with no more than 10% added sugar.

What makes matcha special
- Whole leaf. You drink the entire, finely ground tea leaf – not just an infusion.
- Shade-grown. A few weeks before harvest, the plants are shaded. This gives the tea its vivid green colour and rounded flavour.
- Preparation. Stone-ground powder, whisked with water at around 70–80°C – never boiling, never simply poured over.
- Tradition. Matcha has been prepared in Japan’s Zen tradition since the 12th century.
