No. All exercises are professionally guided and adapted to your individual level. You'll learn step by step how to use the Reformer safely and confidently.
For beginners and advanced alike – the intensity of every exercise can be adjusted individually. Whether you're starting out, want more strength or better mobility: every exercise can be adapted to your level via the springs – it still stays challenging.
1 credit = 1 class – reformer, mat or prenatal. Every pass or membership adds credits to your bsport account, and each booking uses one. Passes are valid for 3 months, membership credits for the respective month. Learn more
Yes. Cancellations and rescheduling are possible up to 12 hours before the class starts – your credit is then returned to your account. Later cancellations or no-shows forfeit the credit.
Yes. You need grip socks for every class – they give you secure footing on the Reformer and are required for hygiene reasons. If you don't have any, you can buy them directly at our studio.
Start with Introduction. After that, Foundations is a good fit as a basic full-body class; Whole Body and Peach Pump suit all levels. Core Flow is aimed at advanced students. All classes at a glance.
A Drop In costs €30. New customers start with the Core Starter: 3 classes for €69. With a 5- or 10-class pass or a membership, the price per class goes down. All prices.

Yes, we also offer Mat Pilates as an English-language class. You'll find the dates in the schedule.
Reformer classes take place with up to 12 people, Functional Strength with a maximum of 6, and Mat Pilates with a maximum of 8.
Tuesday to Sunday, 10am–3pm. The bar is closed on Mondays.
All passes are valid for 3 months – from the Drop-in and Core Starter to the 5- and 10-class passes, including the mat passes. Every class costs 1 credit.
By tram (lines 22 and 26) to the Gadamerplatz stop, or a few minutes' walk from Heidelberg main station (Hauptbahnhof) (Bahnstadt exit). Parking in Bahnstadt is chargeable – the easiest options are the underground car parks at Westarkaden or Europaplatz (P22).
No, we don't have showers. Changing rooms are available in the studio.
