A space for modern wellness
We believe wellbeing happens where movement, nutrition and mental balance come together.
With Reformer Pilates, mindful rituals and a modern wellness culture, we create a place that doesn’t just make you stronger, but supports you in feeling better in the long term.
Challenging, at your level.
And afterwards, a matcha at our bar.
Joseph Pilates developed his method in the early 20th century. He built the Reformer to fine-tune exercises using springs – and that’s exactly what we still use today.
Using the springs, you adjust the resistance step by step – lighter to start, heavier when you want more. No previous experience needed.
Some rituals have existed for centuries. Since the 12th century, matcha has been prepared in Japan as part of Zen tradition – whisked slowly, drunk mindfully.
With matcha, you drink the whole, finely ground tea leaf. Our matcha comes from Japan and is freshly whisked for every cup.
No class needed: Our Matcha Bar is open to everyone – just drop by.
